Shipping policy



We ship Neuzen across India. This page explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered — and what to do if something doesn't go to plan.

Confirmation of Your Order 

You'll receive an email and SMS once your order is placed, with your order details and an estimated delivery window.

Available Payment Options 

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and net banking. We do not currently offer cash on delivery.

Processing Your Order 

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Weekends and public holidays do not count as working days. Each order is inspected and packed to protect the cans in transit.

Delivery Timeline 

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
  • Other Cities: 5–7 working days from dispatch.

    Total time from order to delivery is typically 4–10 working days, depending on your location.

    Shipping Cost 

    • Free shipping on orders of 12 cans or more, or on any order above ₹2,000
    • A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to all other orders

      Tracking

      Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can follow your delivery status in real time.

      Address Accuracy

      Please verify your delivery address and contact number at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may delay delivery or cause the order to return to us. If you spot an error after placing the order, email support@neuzenclub.com within 12 hours so we can update it before dispatch.

      Delivery Delays

      Weather, courier disruptions, and local restrictions can occasionally delay deliveries. If your order is delayed, we'll keep you informed and work with our delivery partners to resolve it as quickly as possible.

      Lost or Undelivered Shipments

      If your order has not arrived within the expected window, write to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days, or your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, write to us at support@neuzenclub.com. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund based on the outcome.

      Cancellations

      You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel before dispatch, email support@neuzenclub.com with your order number.

      International Shipping

      We do not currently ship outside India.
